Welcome to Staryou. By accessing or using our platform at www.staryou.live, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About Staryou

Staryou is the Influence Discovery Platform, and the digital compass for the AI age, helping young Nigerians discover how they naturally create value, build influence, and earn income. We offer a free personality assessment and a paid Pro profile upgrade.

2. Our Services

Free Service: Any user may complete the Staryou quiz and receive their free archetype result at no cost.

Pro Service: Users may pay a one-time fee of ₦5,000 to unlock their full results, which includes detailed guidance on influence monetization, roadmaps, and strategies specific to their archetype.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. By making a payment, you agree to Paystack's terms and conditions. Your Pro profile unlock is a one-time purchase and is not a subscription.

4. Refund Policy

Eligibility:

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days of your purchase date and you have not found value in your unlocked Star Profile.

Refund Condition:

By submitting a refund request, you confirm that you will no longer access the Pro content unlocked by your purchase. Upon processing your refund, access to your full Star Profile will be revoked. Staryou reserves the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of continued access to Pro content following the request.

How to Request a Refund:

Email us at support@staryou.live with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

Your name
Your email address used for payment
Your Paystack payment reference number

We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

Note: Staryou Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Staryou (including the SHINE framework, archetype descriptions, and all written copy) is the intellectual property of Staryou and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use Staryou only for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to circumvent our payment system or access Pro content without completing a valid payment.

7. Disclaimer

Staryou provides personality and influence development guidance for informational and educational purposes only. Results are based on self-reported quiz answers and are not guaranteed to be accurate for every individual.

8. Limitation of Liability

Staryou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
